Shipping and Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of check out. Please make sure that the address provided is complete and accurate along with the complete Pin code. D-Krystal will not be responsible for delayed or incorrect delivery if the address provided is incorrect.
The responsibility of providing the complete and accurate address along with the complete Pin code lies with the customer solely and in its entirety.
Shipping across India will be completed within 5 to 7 Business Days.
Returns / Refunds:
Product Returns and Refunds are not accepted since all our products go through a healing and cleansing process.
Returns will only be accepted in case an incorrect product is shipped by D-Krystal.
All customers are advised to make a video of the parcel / package opening process to make sure that returns / refunds are accepted. The video should clearly show that the product upon opening of the parcel / package was incorrect or damaged.
If the video clearly shows that the product was damaged at the time of parcel / package opening, then D-Krystal will arrange for an exchange.
D-Krystal holds the final decision of whether the product has to be exchanged or not.
