How to measure your wrist for the right size of bracelet:Â Wrap the measuring tape snugly around the widest part of your wrist. Note the number on the measuring tape, and add a half inch to determine the right bracelet size. For example: Wrist measurement is 7 inches: Your bracelet size is 7.5 inches.
Note: Remember to cleanse and recharge your crystal regularly to keep its energy pure and potent. You can do this by placing them in sunlight or moonlight, smudging them with sage, or using other cleansing methods like sound or water.
